For one of my very first projects here at Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, during my freshman year, we were tasked with creating a zine. A zine is a mini-magazine about a topic of your choice. This project gave me absolute freedom to make my zine about some things I really care about. I made mine about social isolation, moral degradation, homelessness, and depletion of the resources of the planet as well as how mass media conditions us to accept the ever-worsening standards of living.
